VINTAGE BUS PRIDE
Tony started to operate countryside tours in the early 90s with his pride of the fleet our 1950 AEC Regent III also known as 277 which he bought in 1967. Halifax Joint Committee was born. The locals loved it and Tony had the perfect excuse to drive his favourite bus.
In later years when legislation made it harder to compete with bigger bus companies on Tony's routes with the heritage buses, it seemed a shame to take the heritage buses away from the villages that had so enjoyed travelling on them each day.
One day in 2006 Tony and Carol decided they wanted to get their heritage buses back on the road and start their own family business together, The Yorkshire Heritage Bus Company Ltd was born. We can drive, share, restore more and take pleasure in making peoples days even more special. Let's hire them out.
